Feeding Tips for Store

- Reptiles received from Reptile Industries have already eaten multiple frozen, thawed rodents prior to shipping. Should you have any issues feeding, please refer to the resources made available by the Animal Health and Wellness Team or contact them directly.
Receiving & Storage
- Check product immediately upon receipt to ensure it has not thawed during shipping. If there are any issues noted, please contact Reptile Industries immediately.
- Check freezer regularly to be sure it is running correctly and the door is tightly sealed.
- Check product in freezer frequently to ensure stock has been rotated and product has not thawed due to problems with the freezer.
- Never refreeze frozen rodents once thawed.
